Activities

Join us to help maintain and nurture the forest restoration area at upper Howarth Park. We'll be spreading mulch and removing invasive weeds so our native plants can flourish. We'll take a break to enjoy views across the bay and hopefully see some wildlife. A great opportunity to enjoy a lovely park in the fall, meet other volunteers, and get some exercise. We can sign for students who need to earn volunteer hours, too.

What to Bring

Please wear pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and close-toed shoes you don't mind getting dirty, and bring a sack lunch if you want. We'll provide gloves, tools, water, and light snacks. Families and students are welcome. People under 18 who aren't accompanied by an adult need to bring a signed youth waiver to the event.
